Refund policy

General conditions:

1. Return Period: Buyers have a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the product to request a return.

2. Product Condition: Products must be unused, in their original packaging and in re-saleable condition.

3. Return Shipping Cost: The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer except for damage during transportation.

4. Refund: A refund of the cost of the returned product will be made once we have received and verified the condition of the product. The refund will be made through the same payment method used in the original purchase.

5. Gift card: Gift cards do not apply for returns.

Return Process:

1. Return Request: To start the return process, please contact our customer service providing the order number and details about the product you wish to return.

3. Proper Packaging: Be sure to package the product securely to avoid damage during return shipping.

4. Shipment Tracking: We recommend that you use a shipping service that provides tracking, as we are not responsible for products lost during the return process.

Exceptions or clarifications:

1. Partial Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we received the item you returned.

2. Late or missing refunds: If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Next, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially reflected.

3. Sale Items: Only full price items can be refunded.

4. Exchanges (if applicable): We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at info@escolarexpress.com and send your item to: Revolución 69, Col. Centro, 83000, Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico.

5. Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and we shipped it directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive your returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver decided to have the order shipped and then give it to you, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
